SERVPRO is amazing.  They really saved the day when our upstairs hot water heater on the second floor burst not once but on two separate occasions.  Steve and his crew responded in force extremely quickly.  They stayed for over 18 hours until all water was removed and their equipment was placed.  On both occasions they even came in at 4 am to remove the equipment so we would not be disrupted.  All of my experiences with SERVPRO have been wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
