Commercial Basement Flood Extraction and Mediation

Many commercial residents have basements. They are sometimes used for storage and sometimes used for entertaining. Recently, we were called out to a restaurant here in Oxford to clean up a basement that was used as a bar. In this instance, a leaky pipe burst and caused around 6 inches of flood water. Our first step was having the water extracted, then our team went to work. We cut removed affected sheetrock and insulation and sprayed our antimicrobial to start the process. In the meantime, the basement began to flood again, so we had the water extracted and set drying equipment. Finally, we were able to remove all equipment, so they could begin the restoration process.
